Gry KakakiSoft na games.kakaki.pl · obowiązuje od 7 października 2026 (aktualizacja: statystyki, licencje, Google Analytics)
W skrócie: gry działają bez konta i bez podawania danych osobowych.
Gry zapisują w pamięci przeglądarki (localStorage i pamięć podręczna do gry offline): stany gry (zapisy), ustawienia, wybrany język i ostatnio graną grę.
3. Synchronizacja zapisów (opcjonalna)
Synchronizacja pozwala grać w tę samą grę na kilku urządzeniach. Włączasz ją sam w grze („Synchronizacja”). Wtedy:
urządzenie dostaje losowy, anonimowy klucz konta; serwer przechowuje tylko jego skrót kryptograficzny, nie sam klucz;
na serwerze zapisujemy zapisy gier (w formacie gry), ich krótki opis (np. nazwa zapisu, dzień gry) i daty zmian;
nie zbieramy imienia, adresu e-mail, numeru telefonu ani lokalizacji;
do ochrony przed nadużyciami (limity prób) przez maks. 2 dni przechowujemy skrót adresu IP, nie sam adres;
konto i wszystkie zapisy usuniesz w grze: „Synchronizacja → Usuń konto i zapisy z serwera”; konta nieużywane przez 12 miesięcy usuwamy automatycznie (z wyjątkiem kont z licencją — patrz niżej).
Licencje (np. „bez reklam”).
Dzienne zestawienia przechowujemy do 400 dni. Podstawa prawna: prawnie uzasadniony interes w podstawowych statystykach korzystania z gier (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
3b. Analityka strony (Google Analytics)
5. Logi serwera
Serwer hostingu automatycznie zapisuje techniczne informacje o połączeniach (m.in. adres IP, czas, adres strony) w celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa i działania usługi (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
6. Twoje prawa
Privacy policy
KakakiSoft Games at games.kakaki.pl · effective 7 October 2026 (updated: statistics, licences, Google Analytics)
In short: the games work without an account and without any personal data. Your saves stay in your browser.
If you turn on save sync yourself, saves are stored on our server under an anonymous key — no e-mail, no name.
The portal and games may show Google ads; personalised ads only with your consent.
The games store in your browser (localStorage and the offline cache): game saves, settings, chosen language and the last played game. This data does not leave your device unless you turn on sync. You can remove it by clearing site data for games.kakaki.pl in your browser.
3. Save sync (optional)
Sync lets you play the same game on several devices. You turn it on yourself in a game (“Save sync”). Then:
the device gets a random, anonymous account key; the server stores only its cryptographic hash, not the key itself;
the server stores game saves (in the game’s format), a short description (e.g. save name, game day) and change dates;
we do not collect your name, e-mail address, phone number or location;
to prevent abuse (rate limits) we keep a hash of the IP address, not the address itself, for up to 2 days;
you can delete the account and all saves in a game: “Save sync → Delete account and server saves”; accounts unused for 12 months are deleted automatically (except accounts with a licence — see below).
Licences (e.g. “no ads”). When you redeem a code from the author (and in the future buy an option in a game), we store with your sync account the licence type, the game it covers, its validity period and its source (code / purchase). Redeeming a code without an account creates an anonymous account automatically, so the licence works on your other devices. Accounts with a licence are not deleted for inactivity — you can delete them yourself in a game (together with the licence).
Legal basis: providing the service you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is stored on servers of a Polish hosting provider (webd.pl).
3a. Anonymous statistics
To know how many people play each game, when a game starts your browser sends our server the game name and whether sync is turned on on the device, and while you play — every few minutes and when you leave — the number of seconds of active play (counted only while the tab is visible and you are active). We use no cookies and no identifier stored in your browser. The server counts unique players and average play time per day from a cryptographic hash of the IP address and browser type combined with a random “salt” that changes every day and is deleted after the day ends — so we do not store your IP address, visits from different days cannot be linked, and players cannot be identified. Daily totals are kept for up to 400 days. If you enable “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” in your browser, the game does not send this information. Legal basis: legitimate interest in basic usage statistics of the games (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3b. Site analytics (Google Analytics)
Portal pages (home page, game descriptions, this page) — but not the games themselves — use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the portal and where they come from. Without your consent Google Analytics sets no cookies and sends only anonymous signals without an identifier. With consent (in Google’s consent dialog, as for ads) it may use cookies to count visits. More: How Google uses information.
4. Advertising (Google AdSense)
The portal and games may show Google AdSense ads, e.g. rewarded ads in a game. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, measure them and — with your consent — personalise them. You give or refuse consent in the consent dialog shown by Google, and you can change it at any time:
If you have a “no ads” licence, the portal and games show no ads and load no Google ad scripts. In games intended for children (e.g. “My School”) only non-personalised ads are shown. More: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
5. Server logs
The hosting server automatically records technical connection information (including IP address, time and requested page) to keep the service secure and running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO). As the sync account is anonymous, include your backup key from the game in your message about specific data (or delete the account yourself in the game).
7. Changes
We will announce significant changes to this policy on this page by updating the effective date.
